ODPay™ Terms & Conditions
By using an ODPay™ Payment plan you are authorizing KMK Optometry™ to charge your card(s) within your KMK Optometry™ 360 profile.
In the event your payment fails, or your transaction is unsuccessful, the system will attempt to recharge your primary card associated with your KMK Optometry™ 360 profile for a series of 3 days.
If your card is unsuccessful after all recharge attempts, your product access will be considered in suspension status and all access will be suspended. You will need to change/update your card information with your KMK Optometry™ 360 profile to reactivate your product access.
If your account falls into suspension status and you choose to renew your account, you will be required to pay the remaining balance in full prior to regaining access to products. You can choose to pay your balance in full at any time by contacting support@kmkoptometry.com.
